Refund policy

Goodneighbor Floral does not issue refunds for fresh flowers.

We offer a one time delivery attempt. If the recipient is not home we will leave it in a secure spot on the front porch or entry gate.

A picture of proof of delivery will be provided. If there is a gate please provide pass code, ensure the gate is unlocked for entry or let the recipient know they are expecting a delivery. 

If you prefer a specific delivery time or date please leave a note in the Message to Seller box below the listing.
